At any time during or after a Trivia or Bingo Game, you always have the option to update a player's score and ranking. You may want to do this for several reasons such as if you want to manually move a certain player up or down. For example, this could be due to points earned outside of Crowdpurr (e.g. bonus activities, "shout out" questions, etc.) but that you want to reflect inside of Crowdpurr's Rankings Leaderboard.
Whatever the reason may be, you can always edit your player's rankings manually.
Editing a Player's Rankings
To manually edit the rankings of your players, navigate to the yellow Rankings tab on the Experience Dashboard. If you are running an Advanced Team Mode game, you will see both a Player Rankings and Team Rankings section. To edit individual participants' rankings, click on the Player Rankings tab.
This will list all of the participants and their individual scores. Depending on what Trivia Format your Trivia Game uses, you can change either a player's Points or Percentage Correct.
Next, find the player you wish to edit and click on the green Edit button with the pencil icon under the Edit? column to the right of the player's row. Type in the new point value and click the green Save button with the checkmark icon to save the updated score.
Manually editing the last player, Marco S' score on the Rankings tab
Once you save the player's new score, a green notification box will appear in the upper right-hand corner to notify you that the player's scorecard has been successfully updated.
Your updated players' rankings will immediately update across the entire application including on the Presentation View and all player Participant Views.
Player Marco S' score was changed from 100 to 200 points
