You can add several trivia games to create a one-of-a-kind mix, handpick specific questions from various trivia games, or add your own custom-written trivia questions to an existing prewritten game. The options are endless.
Crowdpurr's trivia games are 100% original and written exclusively for our users by our own amazing staff trivia content team. They're always free to our users. With the Classroom Plan or higher, you can even export trivia questions and use them for your recurring offline events!
Trivia Game Format
Prewritten trivia games are usually 15 questions in length. The question difficulty will range from easy to hard over the duration of the game with questions getting harder as the game progresses. The trivia games are mostly Multiple Choice with a few Text Answer questions included, as well. You can select Only Multiple-Choice to only add multiple-choice questions if you prefer. Trivia games may also contain fun image questions and GIF content.
Creating a New Trivia Game Using The Trivia Library
To create a new trivia game from the Trivia Library, click on the Create Experiences button in the left navigational column in Crowdpurr. Then choose the type of trivia game you want to create. Upon clicking one of the blue Create buttons, the trivia game's Setup Wizard will open up. The first tab is Crowdpurr's Trivia Library.

Reviewing the Questions Added Total
At the bottom right-hand corner of the Trivia Library is the Question Count widget. You may want to limit your new trivia game to a certain amount of questions (e.g. you want to create a trivia game with exactly twenty questions). This allows you to monitor how many questions you'll be adding to your new trivia game. |
Trivia Library Categories
On the left side of the Trivia Library are all the various trivia categories containing our pre-written trivia games. You'll find a huge set of diverse fun categories including broad-topic trivia games under General, our most popular trivia games under #Trending, our latest newly published games under New, trivia games for children and learning under Kids, and all the other fan-favorite trivia game topics. Fresh original trivia games are published to the New category every Monday morning, so check in for regular updates. Want to be alerted when Crowdpurr adds new trivia games? Reviewing A Category's Trivia Games
Upon clicking a trivia category, the category's available trivia games will populate in a list for you to review.

To review the questions for any one of the category's trivia games, click on the blue arrow (→) button. After clicking on the arrow (→) button, the trivia game's questions will be displayed in a list.

The question list allows you to review and handpick the questions you want to add from the selected trivia game. It also displays the Question Type of each question and indicates whether the question has preloaded Question Media. For instance, questions with a camera icon next to the Question Type label already have a form of Question Media attached. (i.e. YouTube video, GIF, stock image, etc.)

You can use the question list to hand-pick exactly which trivia questions you want from the selected trivia game by clicking the green (+) button. Alternatively, clicking the green + Add Full Game button will add all questions in this game to the Questions Added list.

Adding Trivia Games From The Library
After reviewing a trivia game's questions, you can add the entire trivia game(s) to your new trivia game by clicking on the trivia game's green + Add Full Game button. This will add the trivia game and all its questions to your list of Questions Added area. You can add and mix trivia games from any category.

Each time you add a trivia game and/or question(s), your Questions Added count will increase unless you have already hit your plan's Question Limit. Additionally, you can select up to 10 Trivia Library trivia games to add to your new trivia game.

Removing Added Trivia Games
If you change your mind and wish to remove a trivia game and all its questions from your selection, click on the game's blue arrow (→) button to navigate to its main page. Next, click on the red Remove Full Game button or manually deselect all the questions within the list.
Creating Exact Trivia Game Copies, Shuffled Mixes, and Ordered Mixes of Trivia Games
The Trivia Library allows flexibility to create the exact type of trivia game you need for your audience. The following are several possibilities that you can create.
Creating A Single Exact Copy of a Trivia Game
If you want to simply create a single 15-question trivia game exactly how it is shown in the Trivia Library, simply add the single trivia game and proceed to the next step of the Setup Wizard.
If you're on the free Basic Plan, your new trivia game will contain 15 randomly selected questions from the chosen trivia game.
Creating Ordered Sets of Multiple Trivia Games and Questions
By default, adding questions and trivia games will maintain its order without being shuffled. For example, if you add (4) fifteen-question trivia games for a total of 60 questions, Crowdpurr will simply add all four trivia games in order exactly as they are shown in the Questions Added list without shuffling. If you wish to shuffle later, simply use the Shuffle Questions tool on the Experience Dashboard once your new trivia game is created. Handpicking Questions From the Trivia Library
If you want to handpick questions from certain trivia games from the Trivia Library and manually build your trivia game, you can follow the following simple steps:
- First, click on the trivia game's blue arrow (→) button to see its list of questions.
- Then check which questions you want to add from that trivia game. Select as many or as few as you like.
- Repeat this process for up to 10 different trivia games to create your own hand-selected mix!

Writing Your Own Blank Questions When Using the Trivia Library
If you want to add your own blank questions that you write yourself, there is an easy way to do this using the Trivia Library.
You can add any of the trivia games or blank questions under the Write Your Own category to add a specific number and type of blank questions. You can simply add an entire trivia game or manually check however many blank questions you want.

Adding, Editing, and Removing Questions and Answers After Creating Your Trivia Game
Crowdpurr allows you to have full control to edit, add, and remove all questions after your trivia game is created using the newly created trivia game's Experience Dashboard.
You can edit questions and their answers that were added from the Trivia Library, you can handpick new questions to add from the Trivia Library, and you can remove questions that were added.
