Creating a New Trivia Game Using The Trivia Database
To create a new trivia game from the Trivia Database, click on the Create Experiences button in the left navigational column in Crowdpurr. Then choose the type of trivia game you want to create. For more information on the various types of trivia games, please check out Crowdpurr Trivia Games Explained.
Upon clicking one of the blue Create buttons, the trivia game's Experience Wizard will open. The first tab is Crowdpurr's Trivia Database.
Setting The Question Count
In the upper left-hand corner of the Trivia Database is the Question Count widget. You may want to limit your new trivia game to a certain amount of questions (e.g. you want to create a trivia game with exactly twenty questions). This allows you to input exactly how many questions you want for your new trivia game.
If you edit the Question Count, no matter how many trivia games or questions you add, your new trivia game will be created with exactly how many questions are set in the Question Count with an even mix of questions from all your selected trivia games and questions. If you don't edit the Question Count, as you add trivia games and questions, Crowdpurr will increase your Question Count until your plan's Question Limit is reached.

Creating Exact Trivia Game Copies, Shuffled Mixes, and Ordered Mixes of Trivia Games
The Trivia Database allows flexibility to create the exact type of trivia game you need for your audience. The following are several possibilities that you can create.
Creating A Single Exact Copy of Trivia Game
If you want to simply create a single 15-question trivia game exactly how it is shown in the Trivia Database, simply add the single trivia game and proceed to the next step of the Experience Wizard.
If you're on the free Basic Plan, your new trivia game will contain 15 randomly selected questions from the chosen trivia game.
Creating Shuffled Mixes of Multiple Trivia Games and Questions
If you want to create a mix of multiple trivia games together, simply add the selected trivia games you want in your mix and click the Shuffle Questions checkbox. Then proceed to the next step of the Experience Wizard.
Creating Ordered Sets of Multiple Trivia Games and Questions
If you want to maintain the order of your added trivia games and questions, simply add your trivia games and questions, and leave the Shuffle Questions checkbox unchecked.
For example, if you add four fifteen-question trivia games for a total of 60 questions, Crowdpurr will simply add all four trivia games in order exactly as they are shown in the Trivia Database without shuffling. If you wish to shuffle later, simply use the Shuffle Questions tool on the Experience Dashboard once your new trivia game is created. For more information on how to shuffle questions, have a look at the following page - Shuffle Questions
Handpicking Questions From The Trivia Database
If you want to handpick questions from certain trivia games from the Trivia Database and manually build your trivia game, simply click on the trivia game's Q15 button, to see its list of questions. Then check which questions you want to add from that trivia game. Check as many or as few as you like. Repeat this process for up to ten trivia games to create your own hand-selected mix! If you wish to have them shuffled, check the Shuffle Questions checkbox. Otherwise, Crowdpurr will put the questions in the order you selected them.
You can also handpick questions from the Trivia Database after you've created your new trivia game from the Experience Dashboard. To learn more check out Adding Questions With The Trivia Database.
Writing Your Own Blank Questions When Using The Trivia Database
If you want to add your own blank questions that you write yourself, there are two easy ways to do this using the Trivia Database.
Add Blank Trivia Games
You can add any of the trivia games or blank questions under the WRITE YOUR OWN category to add a specific amount and type of blank questions. You can simply add an entire trivia game or manually check however many blank questions you want.

Using the Question Count
Or you can simply set the Question Count to any number higher than your selected trivia games' number of questions. Any questions beyond your added trivia games and questions will be blank multiple-choice questions that you can edit yourself. You can even set the Question Count to the number of blank multiple-choice questions you want without selecting any trivia games or questions to add and you'll get a trivia game with the exact amount of blank questions as your Question Count.
Adding, Editing, and Removing Questions and Answers After Creating Your Trivia Game
Crowdpurr allows you to have full control to edit, add, and remove all questions after your trivia game is created using the newly created trivia game's Experience Dashboard.
You can edit questions and their answers that were added from the Trivia Database, you can handpick new questions to add from the Trivia Database, and you can remove questions that were added.
