Crowdpurr offers the ability to set the language that your crowd sees on both the Participant View and the Presentation View.
The Participant View is the display of the Experience that your crowd uses to interact on their devices while the Presentation View is the optional display of the Experience that typically gets projected on a central screen for all of the crowd to see. Both the Participant View and Presentation View make up the displays that your crowd can visibly see. When you set a Crowd Language, these two crowd-facing views will get updated with the chosen language.
Setting the Crowd Language
To edit the Crowd Language of your Experience, first, navigate to the green Settings tab on the Experience Dashboard. Next, find the Language Settings box and select your desired Crowd Language from the drop-down.
Language Settings on the Experience Dashboard
Once you select a different language, the Participant View and Presentation View will update to the chosen language.
