If you chose to have your Premium Plan Automatically Renew when you initially upgraded, you will need to downgrade in order to stop the recurring monthly/yearly subscription charge. After downgrading, you will not be charged again. However, you will still retain access to your Premium Plan and its features until your current license expires.
Downgrade Your Plan
Downgrading is easy! Simply do the following:
- Log into app.crowdpurr.com.
- Click on Plans in the left navigation column.
- Click on the Downgrade Plan button under the blue free Basic Plan box. You can also click Edit Current Plan under your current Premium Plan and disable the Automatically Renew option.

You'll need to fill out a short survey form before downgrading. This survey is simply to help us gauge how we can improve Crowdpurr overall.
Don't worry! All your Experiences, participants, and results are saved safely and securely in our cloud for when you return in the future to use Crowdpurr. Upon returning, you'll be able to clone new Experiences from your old ones and/or retool your existing Experiences. You can re-upgrade at any time.
