Exporting Experience Results & Participant Lead Capture to a Spreadsheet

All Crowdpurr Premium Plans allow you to export a CSV file spreadsheet and save every single participant response received by your Polls, Trivia Games, Social Walls, etc. You can export and archive every single vote a Poll receives. Or you can export all player responses from a Trivia Game along with a listing of the rankings to view how your players or teams performed. You can also export all your Participant Lead Capture such as their input email address, phone number, etc. for your marketing purposes.

Exporting For Backup Purposes 

Being able to export this data also lets you archive and back up important data from your Experiences that you can keep offline for future reference and safe-keeping. All exports are saved to a comma-separated values (CSV) spreadsheet for later analysis and archival using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

 

Exporting Poll Data

Exporting your Poll Experience's data will allow you to see a vote-by-vote spreadsheet of how every participant voted on every question in your Poll. This is helpful if you need to audit a Poll or want to dig deeper into the actual votes cast that make up the percentages you see in Crowdpurr.

Exporting Trivia Game Data

Exporting your Trivia Game data includes a spreadsheet of your overall player or team rankings list and a question-by-question answer-by-answer spreadsheet of how every player or team answered each question, whether they were correct or incorrect, how many points they received, etc. This is helpful if you want to dig deeper below the displayed rankings or results for your Trivia Game. With data exporting, you can see exactly how every player performed and answered.

Exporting Bingo Game Data

Exporting your Bingo Game lets you export a spreadsheet of your overall player or team rankings list, and a square-by-square spreadsheet indicating which players marked each square, how many points they received, and the specific mark time. This is helpful if you'd like to look further into the displayed rankings for your Bingo Game as you can see exactly which squares players have earned and how many bingos were attained.

Exporting Social Wall Data

Exporting your Social Wall data lets you export a spreadsheet of every Twitter, Instagram, and Crowdpurr-sourced post on your Social Wall along with the contact information for each participant that posted including Twitter and Instagram handles. You can also export all of your Social Wall images for archival and later review.

Exporting your Participant Lead Capture data lets you export a spreadsheet of all enabled lead capture fields on your Experience. This allows you to import your participant lead capture data into third-party marketing applications like CRM tools, and email list managers, or to simply analyze in spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
