If you're a subscriber to the Conference Plan or higher, you can upload custom backgrounds to both the Projector View and the Mobile View.
Upload A Custom Background to the Projector View
To upload a custom background to the Projector View, open a Projector View window by clicking on the purple Projector View button under the Control Center on the Experience Dashboard.
Once the Projector View opens, click on the gear icon button in the lower-right-hand corner. This button allows you to configure various settings on the Projector View.
To upload a custom background image, simply drag a 1920x1080 JPG or PNG onto the file upload box. You can also click the upload box to select a file.
After selecting an image, you may crop the image before it's uploaded. The image will automatically be set as your new Projector View background image and will display every time you launch the Projector View.
You can always delete the image and upload a different one at any time. Each of your Experience's Projector View backgrounds is applied to a single Experience. So if you have multiple Experiences, you'll need to upload a custom Projector View background for each one.
Upload A Custom Background to the Mobile View
To upload a custom background to the Mobile View, open the Mobile View by clicking on the blue Mobile View button located under the Control Center on the Experience Dashboard. You must click on this button in order to get the configure button in the following step.
Once the Mobile View opens, click on the gear icon button in the lower-right-hand corner. This button allows you to configure various settings on the Mobile View. Only you, as the moderator of your Experiences, will see the "configure" button that opens the configuration menu.
To upload a custom background image, simply drag a 610x1080 JPG or PNG onto the file upload box. You can also click the upload box to select a file.
After selecting an image, you may crop the image before it's uploaded. The image will automatically be set as your new Mobile View background image and will be set for your entire audience as they access your experience on their mobile devices.
You can always delete the image and upload a different one at any time. Each of your experience's Mobile View backgrounds is applied to the current, individual Experience. So if you have multiple Experiences, you'll need to upload a custom Mobile View background for each one.
