- The timestamp indicating when the post was received
- What the message was
- What its source was (e.g. Crowdpurr, Twitter, Instagram)
- An image if one was included with the post
Additionally, you can export your Social Wall participants' input lead capture data if they post using the Crowdpurr web app.
All exports are saved to a comma-separated values (.CSV) file spreadsheet for later analysis and archival.
Export Social Wall Messages
On the blue Activity tab on the Experience Dashboard, click on the pink Export Crowd Activity button. This will export every post from every single user to a CSV file spreadsheet. You can perfectly archive every post your participants sent, where the post was sourced from, and the time the post was sent. This tab lets you view and export your Social Wall's participant activity for your records.
Export Social Wall Images
Crowdpurr is currently working on the automated export of Social Wall images; however, until we finish this feature, you must manually export your Social Wall images in the meantime.
You can manually export your Social Wall images by navigating to the Experience Dashboard and clicking the blue Social Wall tab. The Social Walls posts are displayed on this tab. In your web browser's menu, click File → Save As to save the Experience Dashboard as a web page. This should also save an images folder. Inside the images folder will be several images including your Social Wall images.
Repeat this process for each tab of Social Wall posts that is available for your Social Wall.
As we know this is cumbersome, we are working on a Social Wall images export function. Please email help@crowdpurr.com if you need assistance with this process.
Export Crowd Lead Capture Data
Lastly, on the purple Leads tab and under the Participants heading, you can click on the pink Export Crowd Lead Data button. This will export every participant and any entered Lead Capture fields from the fields enabled on this tab to a CSV file spreadsheet. This is a great way to archive your participants and capture their lead capture fields such as email, phone number, name, age, etc. You can then use this data for further analysis, marketing, contact lists, etc.
