All Crowdpurr Premium Plans allow you to export and save every single player answer-response received from your participants. The information included with each recorded answer is whether it was correct or incorrect, how many points were earned, what time it was received, which question, and which answer were selected. You can also export your Trivia Game's rankings and results. Lastly, you can export your participants' input lead capture data.
All exports are saved to a comma-separated values (CSV) spreadsheet file format for later analysis and archival.
Export Player Answers from Trivia Game
On the Crowd Activity tab on the Experience Dashboard, click on the Export Crowd Activity button. This is a question-by-question, answer-by-answer export of every single answer from your players. So if you need to audit a Trivia Game or want to review all the answers to a given question, you can review this export. It includes the question answered, the selected answer, whether it was correct/incorrect, the points awarded, the time the answer was sent, etc. This tab lets you view and export your Trivia Game's participant activity for your records.
Upon exporting, a CSV file spreadsheet will be created thatyou can open in MS Excel or Google Docs called CrowdActivityExport_timestamp.csv.
Export Trivia Game Rankings & Results
On the Crowd Rankings tab on the Experience Dashboard, you can click on the Export Player Rankings button. This will export all of the player rankings to a CSV file spreadsheet. This lets you archive how your players performed, ranked, and who the ultimate winners were for your Trivia Game. It also includes some additional data for each player, such as Total Questions Answered, Total Questions Correct, etc.
Upon exporting, a CSV file called PlayersRankingsExport_timestamp.csv will be created and downloaded. You can then open the spreadsheet in MS Excel or Google Docs
Export Team & Multi-Game Rankings & Results
The Team Rankings tab can be used to export team rankings if you're using Advanced Team Mode. Simply click into the Team Rankings tab, and click the Export Team Rankings button. This will give you data from each of the teams in your Trivia Game. Average and total scores, number of correct answers, and more breakdowns are included.
Upon exporting, a CSV file will be created that you can open in MS Excel or Google Docs called TeamRankingsExport_timestamp.csv.
The Show Multi-Game Rankings? switch can be used to view and export the total scores across every Trivia Game included in the Multi-Game Rankings. Click on the switch to toggle it, then click on the Export Multi-Game Player Rankings button to download the rankings.
Upon exporting, a CSV file will be created that you can open in MS Excel or Google Docs called MultiGamePlayerRankingsExport_timestamp.csv.
Export Crowd Lead Capture Data
Lastly, on the Crowd Leads tab, under the Participants heading, you can click on the Export Crowd Lead Data button. This will export every participant and any entered custom lead capture fields from the fields enabled on this tab (Seminar Plan and higher only) to a CSV file spreadsheet. This is a great way to archive your participants and capture their lead capture fields such as email, phone number, name, age, etc. You can then use this data for further analysis, marketing, contact lists, adding contact data to databases, etc.
The above Player Rankings and Crowd Activity exports will not include all the lead capture fields like this one does, so that is why this export exists.
Upon exporting, a CSV file will be created that you can open in MS Excel or Google Docs called CrowdDataCaptureExport_timestamp.csv.
Export and Save Results Before You Reset Your Trivia Game
After exporting your Trivia Game data and saving the exported CSV files, you can feel free to reset your Trivia Games and clear out any participant responses. You may then re-run your Trivia Game for a new crowd as many times as you'd like using this method. You will still have your saved data exports to refer to for a historical record of your Trivia Games.
