Upon upgrading to a premium plan in Crowdpurr, we keep your credit card payment method securely on file in order to process your ongoing monthly/yearly renewals. Your credit card details are always encrypted and we never store your actual credit card numbers, expiration date, etc.
If you need to update your payment method in order to change the credit card that gets processed or if you're a returning customer and you need to enter a new credit card for an upgrade, you simply need to update your payment settings.
Update Payment Settings
To update your payment information and credit card number, simply click on the My Profile page from the left vertical column of options within Crowdpurr.
From the My Profile page, click on the tab called Plan Overview from the list of tabs.
This tab will display your current plan and additional payment information including upcoming payments and when they will occur.
Under the section called Payment Settings you will see your currently entered credit card type and the last four digits. To update your credit card, simply click on the Edit Card button. This will allow you to enter a new credit card.
Once you've entered the new credit card, if you're already upgraded on a premium plan, there's nothing else to do. Your next payment will automatically be paid using the newly entered credit card. If you're a previous customer and need to upgrade, you may now upgrade and the newly entered credit card will be charged.
