If you'll need receipts or invoices for your payments to Crowdpurr, they are easily available from the My Accounts page. If you need to include your company's information on the invoice for tax or accounting purposes, they will include the information you provided when you upgrade.
Downloading Your Invoices
From anywhere in the app, find the sidebar on the left side of the page, and click the My Account icon. Then, click the Plan & Billing tab, shown below.
Click on any of your invoices to download a PDF copy of it for your records. If you don't see the one you need, click on the Load More button on the bottom right.
All of your past and present invoices are stored here.
Updating Invoice Information
The information on your invoice is gathered from the data you enter when you upgrade. If you need additional information on the invoice, such as tax identification numbers, addresses, etc., simply include that when you upgrade.
Please note that any changes to your billing information will only affect future invoices. If you have an older invoice which needs to be updated, please shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can update them for you.
Paying By Invoice Instead of Credit Card
If you wish to pay by invoice instead of credit card, Crowdpurr can arrange for this. However, we require that you upgrade to a Yearly Plan or a Crowdpurr Custom Plan.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting this billing method and we'll then invoice you for an entire year, based on one of our Yearly Premium Plans, and you may then pay the invoice by your chosen payment method.
