The Presenter View for your Poll is a centralized display that your entire crowd sees at your event. This display automatically shows all the details of your Poll like the Active Question, the available answers, and live answer results. This view also displays the instructions and Crowd URL for your crowd to access your Poll on their mobile devices.
Your crowd uses the Presenter View to "follow along" while using their mobile device to vote.
Launch the Presenter View
To open the Presenter View, click on the large purple Presenter View button under the Crowd Views heading on the Experience Dashboard. The Presenter View will open in a new browser tab. This browser tab can be detached and then dragged to the projector desktop of your computer.

Set the Presenter View to Full-Screen Mode
After opening the Presenter View in a new browser tab, you'll detach the browser tab and move it to an Extended Desktop area on your computer that is connected to a projector, HDTV, or another display source. These are often connected to your computer's external display ports via HDMI, DVI, VGA, etc. For more information, please have a look at the following page - Connecting Crowdpurr to a Projector or HDTV
Once the external device is displaying the Presenter View's browser tab, click the Full-Screen button in the lower-right-hand corner of the Presenter View. This will put the Presenter View into full-screen presentation mode. You should do this bit of setup before your audience arrives at your event.
Your audience can now see the URL, Experience Code, and instructions for joining your Poll. Once they've joined, they can now use the Presenter View to follow along with your Poll. The Presenter View will show appropriate messages based on if your Poll is in the Ready state, the Live state, or the Finished state. It also shows the Active Question and Live Answer Results (A).
Next Steps
Now that you know how to open the Participant View and launch the Presenter View, we're ready to actually run and test your Poll! This is the fun part! Go to Running Your Poll.
