When all of your questions have been answered or you'd simply like to end your Trivia Game, you can Finish and finalize it. Doing so will stop all answering and update your crowd's Participant Views and the Presentation View with a message that the game has ended. This is useful when you no longer want your crowd to interact with the Trivia Game and you want them to focus their attention back on your presentation, another topic, etc.
After your Trivia Game is finished, you can still enable the Show Live Rankings (R) view if you want to review the final rankings of your Trivia Game. You can also leave the Rankings Leaderboard passively enabled for your crowd to view in the background.
When you want to clear out any test games and reset your Trivia Game for your actual live event, you must first Finish your Trivia Game. Once you finish a Trivia Game, you'll have the option to reset it, which we'll do now.
Finishing Your Trivia Game
To finish your Trivia Game, click the smaller circular red Stop button under the Playback Controls heading on the Experience Dashboard. This will stop all interaction from your crowd.
The Pause (yellow) and Stop (red) buttons under Playback Control
Your Trivia Game is now Finished and your crowd can no longer answer questions. All Participant Views will now show a Game Finished screen like below:

Resetting Your Trivia Game
Now that your Trivia Game is in the Finished state, you'll need to reset it to clear out all the test players and scores if you'd like to play it again as another "dry run" for testing purposes or for your actual live event. You wouldn't want these test scores mixing up with your actual event players and scores.
Resetting will set your game back to the Ready To Start state. This will update all crowd Participant Views and the Presentation View to a Game Will Begin Shortly message. Below, we'll discuss options for handling existing crowd responses.
To reset your Trivia Game, simply click on the circular blue Reset button under the Playback Controls heading on the Experience Dashboard.
The Reset Experience icon under Playback Control
This will open the Reset Trivia Game dialog where you'll have two button options:

Clear Crowd Responses
Click the red Clear Crowd Responses button if you want to clear out all the current crowd responses. If you want to reset your Trivia Game to a clean state so it can be run again as a "fresh" game, click on this option, which will reset your game's status to Ready To Start. This is also the most common type of reset.
Remove Participant Accounts
Along with clearing out Crowd Responses, you can also enable the Remove Participant Accounts setting. When this option is toggled On, selecting the Clear Crowd Responses option will also remove the participant accounts tied to the Experience. Participants will be required to sign in again and create a new participant account.
Keep Crowd Responses
Click the purple Keep Crowd Responses button if you want to reset the game back to the Ready To Start state but still want to keep the existing game results and crowd responses. There are some cases where this is useful, for example, when you want to re-run your trivia game for new players in your crowd but have them compete against previous players' scores.
After clicking on one of the reset options above, your Trivia Game is now reset. To start it again you'll need to click the green Play button.
